Role Overview

In this role you will design and deliver high-quality UIcontent that supports users throughout their journeyfrom onboardingto ongoing support. You will play a key role in defining a contentstrategy that enables reusable scalable content across multiplechannels.

Working closely with Product Design and Research teamsyou will ensure content is not just writtenbut strategically crafted toimprove usability clarity and user confidence.

Key Responsibilities

Content Design & Strategy

• Create clear effective UI content for onboarding first-use flows and core product experiences
• Define and implement content strategies especially for help and support content
• Design content that can be created once and reused across multiple touchpoints

User-Centric Design

• Collaborate with design and research teams to understand user needs and pain points
• Contribute to user journeys and interaction flows ensuring content supports each step
• Advocate for clarity accessibility and consistency across all product content

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Design and Engineering teams to align on content-driven solutions
• Challenge assumptions and influence decisions to improve user experience and usability
• Iterate content based on research insights feedback and product evolution

Help & Support Experience

• Define how help content integrates into the end-to-end user journey
• Ensure UI and support content work together seamlessly
• Build scalable approaches for consistent content reuse

Your Profile

Experience & Skills

• Proven experience as a Content Designer in digital products or services
• Strong background in content strategy especially for help/support ecosystems
• Expertise in creating UI content including onboarding and guided experiences
• Ability to design content for multiple channels and contexts
• Excellent writing editing and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in cross-functional teams
