London (Night's) STARS Front of House, Brand Ambassador

We have a fantastic and exciting opportunity for an experienced Front of House Brand Ambassador to join our STARS team. Working for one of our high-profile clients in London W1T 2JE. STARS at Securitas provide a two roles in one service to our clients their staff visitors and customers.

We combine excellent customer service across a wide range of roles including Reception Services Front of House Concierge Facilities Office Management/Coordination Administration and third party vendor management and much more all combined with a discreet and vigilant security service.

• Monday - Friday 
• 42 hours per week
• Working 4 On 4 Off
  • 19:00 - 07:00
• 17.50 per hour

• Responsibilities:
• Meet and greet all staff visitors and contractors in a professional and personable manner
• Deliver a consistently high-end customer focused experience
• Embody a high-performance approach and encourage colleagues to do the same
• Ensure the workplace (reception lobby office etc.) is visually of a high standard
• Work closely with client contacts (Facilities Manager Office Manager etc.) to ensure the office and/or front of house environment is a great place to visit and work
• Assist in emergency situations
• Provide timely and accurate information
• Respond appropriately to varying and fast changing priorities
• Build strong rapport with reoccurring customers (client staff visitors contractors etc.)
• Represent Securitas and the client organisation in a manner that is in-keeping with the values brand identity and culture of both

Qualifications :

Essential criteria:

• 5 year checkable history
• Exceptional Customer service skills
• Computer literate

What Youll Be Doing
Delivering a polished personable welcome to all staff visitors and contractors
Creating a consistently high-end customer-focused experience
Maintaining an immaculate and professional Front of House environment
Acting as the central point of contact for Front of House operations
Building strong relationships with client teams including Facilities and Office Management
Managing changing priorities with confidence and composure
Providing accurate timely information and support
Responding calmly and effectively in emergency situations
Championing a high-performance culture and leading by example
Representing both Securitas and our client in line with their values brand and culture
 

What Were Looking For
Proven Front of House or corporate hospitality experience
A confident engaging communicator
Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
Strong organisational skills and the ability to multitask
A proactive mindset with natural problem-solving ability
Professionalism discretion and integrity at all times
