MISSION
The Tailor is responsible to extend the life of Golden Goose products through Repairing and Remaking services within the sustainability strategy. The Tailor is able to engage inspire anticipate and respond to customer needs and wishes building long lasting customer relationships and ensuring a high level of customized experience.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Offering personalized tailoring services to craft distinctive pieces that not only meet the customers desires but also contribute to extending the lifespan of each product and related memories.
Delivering a comprehensive suite of clothing repair and alteration services including hand embroidery typographic embroidery machine embroidery patch application crystal or stud application basic alterations and tailoring button replacement adding pins and brooches.
Developing a showcase catalog featuring unique embroidery designs and examples of customized products inviting customers to explore the possibilities of personal expression through fashion.
Providing expert advice and recommendations on bespoke services empowering customers to make choices that best reflect their individuality and style.
Collaborate with the team in sales pre-and-after-sales activities (including the stock activities and customer fidelization) and in general in all activities relating to the store.
Ensure that customers are properly registered on the Golden App for effective customer segmentation and profiling.
Passionately convey the brands vision and heritage to clients representing its values authentically infusing GG brand identity to co-create GG items consistently and in a respectful way.
Maintain the tailoring area in pristine condition adhering to our visual merchandising standards.
Assist with store operational procedures including opening/closing inventory management and maintaining compliance with GDPR and health & safety standards.
Utilize IT and digital tools effectively to enhance business processes and customer engagement (Golden App Sales Force Xstore Stealth)
KEY REQUIREMENTS
Fluency in English. Additional language knowledge will be considered as a plus reflecting our commitment to a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Previous experience as Tailor preferably in the retail/ Customer service sector is considered a plus.
Problem solving and effective time management skills.
Effective communication and negotiation skills. Proving strong team building abilities.
