The Senior Marketing Manager NALP is responsible for leading brand activation across the NALP region driving Visa brand relevance consideration and usage through integrated brand led initiatives. The role owns the Market Development Campaign strategy and Passion Point strategy for NALP translating regional brand priorities into impactful campaigns and on ground activations that deliver measurable business results.
Based in Pakistan this role works closely with regional and market teams to activate the Visa brand consistently and effectively across NALP markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand activation planning and execution across NALP in alignment with global and regional brand frameworks
- Own and deliver Market Development Campaigns across NALP to support market growth adoption and usage of Visa products
- Define and execute the NALP Passion Point strategy across platforms such as sports music culture and entertainment
- Translate brand strategy into integrated marketing campaigns across digital social content partnerships and on ground activations
- Collaborate with product digital analytics and communications teams to ensure brand initiatives support business objectives
- Identify and manage strategic partnerships that enhance Visa brand visibility and relevance
- Manage agencies and external partners to ensure high quality execution across markets
- Track and optimize performance against key brand and business metrics including awareness engagement usage and campaign effectiveness
- Monitor consumer and cultural trends across NALP and apply insights to continuously optimize brand activation
Scope and Decision Making:
- Owns execution of brand activation market development campaigns and passion point initiatives within approved regional strategies
- Makes independent decisions on campaign planning partner activation and budget allocation within agreed plans
- Influences cross functional and market stakeholders through strong collaboration and data driven insights
- Leads project based teams and agency partners without direct people management responsibility

- Performance of market development campaigns measured through adoption and usage metrics

Qualifications :
Eight to twelve years of marketing experience with a strong focus on brand management and brand activation
Proven experience leading integrated brand campaigns across multiple markets
Experience delivering market development or growth focused marketing initiatives
Strong experience developing and executing passion point strategies such as sports music or culture
Proven ability to manage agencies and cross functional stakeholders in a regional environment
Strong analytical and communication skills with fluency in English required
Willingness and ability to travel across NALP markets as required
