Job Summary
- Organise and deliver outstanding food and service
- Prepping for conferencing and a la carte
- Food preparation and presentation as per guidelines
- Check all food is stored and handled as per the food control plan
- Washing dishes
- A flexible approach in adapting to guests needs
- Part time - 32 hours per week with flexibility to increase hours for the right candidate.
Qualifications :
- Completed Level 4 or above in Professional Cookery
- A passion for food & culinary arts
- Team Player
- Time management and work efficiently
- Ability to work 7 days a week on varying shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Physically fit reliable and punctual
