What youll be doing:

Leading all aspects of a busy high-performing kitchen

Inspiring mentoring and developing your team to deliver consistently outstanding food

Driving creativity and innovation across the menu

Managing kitchen operations including costs systems and performance

Rolling up your sleeves and leading from the front when it matters most

What you bring:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous in a high-volume à la carte environment

A passion for great food current trends and creating memorable dining experiences

Strong leadership skills with the ability to engage and motivate a team

Commercial acumen including budgeting and cost control

Energy creativity and a genuine drive to succeed
