As a Product Change Manager you are the driving force that transforms innovation into tangible outcomes. You will lead the coordination of product and packaging changes through effective project planning execution control and a strong sense of this role youll connect functions solve problems and keep projects moving fast. How you will contribute
You will:
Manage assigned projects through the full project lifecycle from initiation to closure ensuring delivery on time within scope and in compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans schedules and risk registers.
Facilitate cross-functional collaboration ensuring alignment of deliverables across R&D Supply Chain Quality Marketing and Regulatory.
Lead status meetings and manage project communications to keep stakeholders informed and engaged.
Monitor and control project performance proactively identifying and mitigating risks and issues.
Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity.
Apply project management best practices following Mondelez methodologies and frameworks.
What you will bring
A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge:
2 years experience in project coordination execution or product commercialization within FMCG or related industries.
Bachelors degree in Business Engineering Food Science or related field.
Foundational knowledge of project management processes and tools.
Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities and timelines.
Strong organizational communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
PMP certificate and Accolade experience are a plus.
