About the Role

Are you passionate about creating safe engaging online experiences Join our team as a Content Moderator on a cutting-edge multiplayer virtual this role youll help maintain a positive respectful and safe digital environment by reviewing user-generated content and enforcing community guidelines. You will play a key role in identifying inappropriate interactions moderating sensitive content and supporting the integrity of our immersive platform.

Key Responsibilities

Review and evaluate user-generated content to ensure compliance with community standards.
Investigate and act on user reports of abuse harassment and other policy violations.
Assess interpersonal interactions for appropriateness (polite vs. offensive dismissive or attacking behavior).
Identify age-appropriate content and recognize restricted or prohibited items (alcohol drugs sexual content etc.).
Flag profane gestures sexually suggestive interactions and graphic content.
Collaborate with internal teams to update policies and protocols based on trends in user behavior.

Who Were Looking For

Languages: Native-level Portuguese (C1) and English (B2)
Experience: 1-2 years in customer support or tech support preferably in gaming or digital platforms
Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced adaptability and flexibility
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making
- Typing speed 30 WPM with 85% accuracy
- Ability to understand idioms and pop culture references
