About the Role
We are looking for a Romanianspeaking Content Moderator to join our team in Porto.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe online environment by reviewing and moderating usergenerated content.
Important: This role involves exposure to sensitive disturbing or graphic content. Candidates must have strong emotional resilience maturity and the ability to remain objective under pressure.
Work Schedule
- Current Schedule:Monday to Sunday 09:00 to 18:00Two rotating days off per week
- Planned Update:Introduction of an evening shift 13:00 to 22:00
- Future Possibility:Extension to a 24/7 shift structure
Compensation
- Base salary: 1000 (14month payment schedule)
- Meal allowance: 7.63 per day

- Relocation support for candidates moving from outside Portugal:
- Shared accommodation provided for up to 12 months
- Flight ticket not included
Requirements
- Fluency in Romanian (native or nearnative level)
- Good level of English
- Strong emotional balance and the ability to handle sensitive content
- Ability to work rotational shifts
- Eligible to work onsite in Porto
