Are you a natural communicator with a passion for technology Workster is partnering with an international customer experience provider to recruit a German-speaking B2B Sales Advisor for a leading global technology project. Based in Athens you will act as a consultant for established business clients helping them optimize their tech stacks through upgrades and renewals. Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a dedicated portfolio of B2B clients within an assigned territory.
- Drive revenue growth by meeting targets for renewals cross-selling and upselling.
- Conduct high-volume outbound and inbound sales interactions via phone and email.
- Consult with business clients to understand their needs and recommend tailored technology solutions.
- Guide customers through the onboarding process to ensure optimal product adoption.
- Proactively identify growth opportunities and at-risk accounts using CRM insights and data.
- Navigate competitive scenarios and handle client objections with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and keep CRM records (Microsoft Dynamics) up to date.
- Collaborate with internal partners distributors and team members to ensure customer success.
Requirements
- Native or C2-level proficiency in German and a strong command of English (C1 level).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales ideally in a phone-based or inside sales environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets with a results-driven mindset.
- Strong negotiation relationship-building and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Analytical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and experience using CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred).
- Must be eligible to work in Greece.
