Job Summary

We are hiring full-time W2 CDL-A Truck Drivers for OTR Regional and Dedicated routes. Drivers with limited or no over-the-road experience may qualify for a structured paid training program. We offer steady freight dependable home time and late-model equipment.

OTR Regional and Dedicated fleet options

Approximately 70% drop-and-hook majority no-touch

Pay & Compensation
$1300$1500 per week

Training Program (Entry-Level Drivers)
Drivers who have completed a minimum of 120 hours at an accredited CDL school may qualify. Training includes supervised driving ELD compliance trip reporting inspection procedures and company safety standards. Solo advancement is performance-based.

Driver Responsibilities
Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer in compliance with DOT regulations
Maintain accurate ELD logs and trip documentation
Meet scheduled pickup and delivery times
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Communicate professionally with dispatch and customers

Minimum Requirements
Valid Class A CDL
OR completion of at least 120 hours of accredited CDL instruction and eligibility for company-sponsored training
Acceptable driving record
Ability to pass DOT physical and pre-employment drug screen
