Job Summary
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Business Analyst to join our remote team. This role is ideal for recent graduates candidates with career gaps early-career professionals and career switchers who want to gain hands-on experience in business analysis process improvement and real-world project environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather analyze and document business requirements from stakeholders
- Assist in creating Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) Functional Specifications and process workflows
- Analyze business processes to identify gaps and recommend improvements
- Support cross-functional teams in implementing business solutions
- Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and track defects/issues through resolution
- Prepare reports presentations and documentation for stakeholders
- Maintain organized documentation and knowledge repositories
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in any field (Business IT Finance or related fields preferred)
- 01 years of experience (internships academic projects or training programs accepted)
- Strong communication analytical and problem-solving skills
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and PowerPoint
