We are looking for a Technical Support Manager to lead our 1st and 2nd line support function while playing a hands-on role in system configuration deployment and client onboarding.

Duties & Responsibilities
What Youll Be Responsible For:
- Managing and overseeing all 1st and 2nd line support queries
- Acting as the escalation point for complex technical issues
- Leading and mentoring a small technical support team
- Ensuring efficient resolution of client support requests
- Performing system configuration implementation and deployment
- Supporting new client onboarding and ongoing system use
- Assisting in the development of training materials
- Working closely with development teams to enhance system performance
- Travelling to client sites when required
Highly Advantageous:
- Experience in the healthcare industry
- Experience with practice management or clinical software systems
- Experience deploying medical or clinical applications
- SaaS platform experience
- Medical allied health or nursing background
What Were Looking For (Non-Negotiable):
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Proven experience in 1st and 2nd line technical support
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Experience with system configuration and deployment
- Ability to lead and mentor a small team
- Confident and professional in client-facing environments
- Willingness to travel to client sites
