Role Overview
We are seeking a Group Finance Manager to lead financial control consolidation reporting audit and compliance across multiple international entities.
This role is critical to ensuring financial integrity governance and scalable finance operations in a high-growth environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead group financial control and reporting (multi-entity multi-country)
Own month-end close consolidation and audit readiness
Ensure compliance with IFRS / GAAP tax and regulatory requirements
Manage cash banking and treasury oversight
Drive finance systems optimization (Sage Xero or equivalent)
Standardise and scale finance processes and controls
Lead and develop a global finance team
Partner with CFO CEO Board and investors
Requirements
Key Requirements
CA(SA) ACA ACCA
>8 years in financial control / accounting
>3 years in senior finance leadership
Experience in multi-entity multi-jurisdiction environments
Strong audit consolidation and reporting expertise
ERP experience (Sage Xero or similar)
Advanced Excel and financial analysis skills
