JOB DESCRIPTION:

The position of Business Human Resources Officer is within Human Resources located in the Philippines. This role leads the unit that continuously thinks of out of the box activities designed to keep employees motivated and enjoy work-life balance. On the other hand it also ensures that employees observe proper decorum.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Acts as POC of all HR-related policies and initiatives to address employee inquiries
- Drives compliance on employee discipline policies and regulations
- Manages the Administrative Case Management Process: Complex and High-level cases
- Prepares and sends notices related to Employee Discipline
- Prepares reports and updates (attrition case summary and engagement)
- Conducts monthly business review with Department Leaders
- Partners with Department Leaders for skip level sessions
- Conducts employee 1 on 1 sessions
- Works with Department Leaders in developing department-specific programs
- Ensures that the Employee Engagement calendar is deployed as planned (proposal communication execution and liquidation)
- Maintains track record for all employee engagement activities
- Ensure that expenses are within approved budget
- Ensures that transactions with vendors are clear (conditions items requested) and complied with
- Introduce Interactive Innovative Media Format. From Traditional to out of the Box methods
- Partner with different departments enhancing current process/program into a more digitally-enhanced format
- Introduce improvement in the current processes within the department that will impact employee services
- Design and implement surveys in analyzing results and developing action plans that address survey responses
- Identify attrition drivers and develop proper solutions in reducing rate of employee turnover
- Co-represent the company in company hearings/meetings in NLRC or DOLE
- Lead the preparation of creative write-up content development form and media used in internal communication/reference materials and advisories; ensuring that messages are aligned with the overall corporate strategy
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION:
- Bachelor of Science Education
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- At least 1-2 years of experience as Employee Relations Supervisor
- Preferably 4-5 years and up of experience specializing in Human Resources Employee Relations or equivalent in a BPO/Call Center company
- Experienced in Workday navigation
