Job Summary
A well-established and growing property management company is seeking a dynamic and experienced Portfolio Manager to join its team. This role is ideal for a driven professional with strong knowledge of community scheme management sectional title and HOA environments and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.
𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
Relevant qualification in Property Management Real Estate or Business Administration.
Valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC) in good standing with the Property Practitioners Regulatory Authority.
35 years experience managing sectional title and/or HOA portfolios.
Strong understanding of property legislation and compliance frameworks.
Excellent communication presentation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
Valid drivers license and own reliable transport.
