Job Summary
Computop is the strategic payment partner for large demanding

Tasks
As a Junior Technical Consultant you will be part of our Client Implementation and Integration (CIaO) team and will support one of our international customers in all matters relating to our products and services.
- Technical advice and support for one of our major customers
- Analysis and resolution of technical problems in cooperation with the development department
- Interface to internal departments (e.g. sales IT)
- Configuring and testing customer connections
Requirements
- Completed training or degree in IT or comparable professional experience in IT support technical consulting or application engineering
- Strong technical understanding and high level of customer focus
- Fluent written and spoken French and English
- Good German skills are an advantage
- Payment experience is a plus
