Staff Fullstack Engineer (mfd)

• you design build test deploy and operate production services end to end in an agile product-focused team
• you develop and evolve our microservice ecosystem creating new services that are observable resilient and horizontally scalable
• you raise the quality bar by writing lean well-tested code (unit integration acceptance) and using BDD where it adds value
• you automate everything by codifying infrastructure and delivery (GitOps/CI/CD) to boost speed with the right guardrails
• you keep production healthy by instrumenting metrics logs and traces and turning incidents into learning

Qualifications :

• you have 10 years of professional experience in delivering software
• you bring depth in one or two areas: backend data observability cloud and strong secondary skills across others connecting dots across the stack
• you are hands-on across the lifecycle - from requirements and design to implementation testing and operations
• you have significant experience in at least two of the following : Agile/Lean BDD DevOps/GitOps multiple programming languages or modern UI development
• you learn fast and stay pragmatic - choosing the right tool for the job
