Senior Tech Recruiter (mfd)

About your tasks:

• Own end-to-end recruitment for Tech roles including Engineering Product Data & AI and IT Services across multiple European locations.
• Build and nurture strong talent pipelines through active sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn) and innovative sourcing strategies
• Act as a trusted sparring partner to hiring managers providing guidance running interview trainings and ensuring an excellent candidate experience
• Use data-driven recruiting approaches to continuously improve hiring strategies and actively shape processes ways of working and recruiting culture
• Explore and apply AI-driven recruiting tools and approaches proactively testing new solutions optimizing workflows and making recommendations to elevate the teams capabilities
• Contribute to strategic recruiting initiatives participate in key business meetings and bring your expertise into broader organizational discussions

Qualifications :

• Several years of in-house recruiting experience with a strong focus on Tech Hiring  in international environments
• Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions while working with a high degree of ownership and autonomy
• Hands-on experience with modern ATS systems (e.g. SmartRecruiters) and HR systems (e.g. Workday) as well as a strong interest in leveraging AI and new technologies in recruiting
• Business fluent English is a must; German at business level is a strong plus
