Tasks

- Write your own business-unit plan and set your KPIs - with training and leadership support
- Pipeline and client management
- Commit daily to investing in personal growth coursework
- Interviewing skills and leadership training participation
- Placements on channels such as google Linkedin and others
- Guide and mentor successful candidates ongoing
Requirements
Preferred Qualifications
- A Peoples Person with an independent work ethic
- A natural love of Personal Growth content and a growth mindset
- Set a strong example and demonstrate personal presence
- Innate leadership ability
- Empathy and connection ability guiding people to course correct
- An ability to work with diverse groups of people and support them on their growth journey
- Leadership executive or mentoring experience is preferred
