Job Summary

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

i. Employee Engagement: Develop and implement various employee engagement programs and initiatives to enhance motivation and morale. This includes organizing team-building activities recognizing employee achievements and promoting a positive and inclusive work culture.

ii. Employee Surveys: Conduct employee surveys to gather feedback on various aspects of the work environment and identify areas for improvement. Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for action.

iii. Recognition Programs: Design develop and implement employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding performance and contributions.

iv. Team Building Activities: Plan and execute team-building activities and events to foster camaraderie collaboration and communication among employees.

v. Communication: Effectively communicate HR updates policies and other important information to employees through various channels ensuring transparency and clarity.

vi. Culture Building: Contribute to the development and maintenance of a positive and inclusive work culture that aligns with LAPO Microfinance Banks values.

vii. Motivation and Engagement: Create a motivating work environment by implementing strategies that foster employee engagement satisfaction and a sense of belonging.

Management: Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback on their experience and identify areas for improvement. Ensure a smooth and professional exit process including the issuance of discharge certificates.

ix. Internal Correspondence Management: Manage internal correspondence related to employee matters ensuring timely and accurate communication. This includes handling People & Culture-related letters memos and other documents.

x. Other duties as assigned by the Lead People & Performance Management.



EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

Education: Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management Business Administration or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 1 years of experience in HR with a focus on employee engagement and culture.
