We are seeking reliable compassionate and experienced care staff who are looking for regular hours with the potential for a temporary-to-permanent opportunity. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality personal care and support to clients in their own homes
Assist with daily living tasks including medication support meal preparation and mobility
Promote independence dignity and wellbeing
Maintain accurate care records
Travel between service users homes within the local area
Work collaboratively with the care team and management
Requirements
Minimum NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) desirable
Care Certificate desirable
Previous experience in Domiciliary/Home Care essential
Female applicants only (genuine occupational requirement)
Valid UK driving licence essential
Must have the right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexible to work evenings and weekends
