Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. you will have the opportunity to work in an environment where change and ideas are celebrated. You will be representing the brand and values of LS&Co. and have full responsibility of effectively managing the store operations and team. We are looking for a great manager who will lead the store to greater heights be innovative and creative to support Levis mission.

Key responsibilities:

Consumer Experience

Hyper-focused on ensuring aseamlessconsumer experiencein store. Motivate mentor and manage the store team to deliver exceptional customer service Keep the consumer at the core whenrunningoperationsto deliveroptimalconsumer service

Store Operations

Achieve store profit target and minimize loss by implementing profit opportunities and actions to maximize sell out. Take ownership of the visual standards and ensuring all Visual Merchandising guidelines (criteria and quantities) are implemented effectively that all product presentation is maintained according to Levis standards and guidelines and that the stores commercial needs are met. Analyze commercial data monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and teams performance and update the Leadership team on action plans to achieve KPIs Plansfor the day toidentify focus areas to drive KPIssets the directionfor the team and strategically zones employees based on desired outcomes for the day in-touch with local market and current with omnichannel activities in market. Ensuresound inventory management and supervising stock control mark-downs and loss-prevention. Leverage new tools and processes to drive revenue and improve consumer experiencenot forgetting the everyday basic tasks Supervise the organization of specific commercial and marketing events in the store Build an effective communication channel with various functions in order to share accurate commercial feedbackfollow up on business needs andimplementpotential actions to reachand exceedthe achievement of KPIs. Ensure that health and safety policy procedure and store routines are maintained

Being a People Manager a Leader and Coach

Demonstrate and promotes anopen-mind&embrace changeas aleader:driveadoptionof new ways of workingand new technologiesin store. Build strong teams & cultivate a diverse and inclusive workplace encourage employees to be themselvesto add their voice and recognize/address unconscious bias. Implement solutions to retain key talents and build a stable and engaging work environment for the team. Acknowledge peoples strengths and deploy them appropriately to reach business outcomes in a way that inspires and excites them to achieve their potential. Giveconstant on the spotfeedbackscoachingon sellingability and customer service to team members Ensure effective recruitments of store staff and efficient inductions. Work closely withthe retail trainers to deliver appropriate trainings and make sure the store team is completing their assigned trainings.

Our ideal candidate:

Passionate about the Brand and living our values At least 3years experienceas a Salesperson for a Fashion Retailer or lifestyle brand. At least 2 years of store management experience and demonstrated capabilities in successfully achieving retail KPIs managing store operations and controlling costs within a fast-paced retail environment Analytical and understand how to leverage data into business decisions Track record of efficiently managing and developing a team Educational Attainment: graduated with Bachelors agree or equivalent
