Operations Manager PH Remote

Type: Part-Time (20 hours per week)

Time Zone: Flexible schedule (EST)

Compensation: $12 USD per hour

Key Responsibilities

Order Execution & Fulfillment

Manage the end-to-end purchase order process across retail wholesale and e-commerce channels

Ensure all orders are processed shipped and delivered accurately and on time

Handle documentation including invoices bills of lading (BOLs) routing guides and labels

Proactively resolve fulfillment issues before they impact customers

Sales Operations

Support new item setup across retailers and distributors

Maintain accurate pricing product data and sales materials

Track deductions trade spend and promotional activities

Ensure operational readiness for new accounts and product launches

Supply Chain & Inventory

Coordinate production runs with co-packers and suppliers

Manage inventory across warehouses and distributors (including UNFI and KeHE)

Monitor stock levels to prevent out-of-stocks or excess inventory

Track inbound and outbound shipments and resolve delays promptly

Operational Systems & Automation

Identify workflow inefficiencies and implement improved systems

Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks across reporting order management and operations

Develop processes that enhance speed accuracy and visibility

Replace manual tasks with scalable solutions wherever possible

Qualifications

35 years of experience in operations supply chain logistics or a related field

Experience within the US CPG ecosystem preferably with distributors such as UNFI DOT or KeHE

Strong systems mindset with proficiency in ERPs CRMs and spreadsheets

Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and productivity

High attention to detail with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Ability to work independently and take full ownership of responsibilities

Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive action-oriented approach
