The Quality Strategist is responsible for developing implementing and optimizing enterprise-wide quality frameworks standards and performance initiatives. This role focuses on long-term quality strategy process excellence risk mitigation and continuous improvement across products services and operational functions. The Quality Strategist collaborates with cross-functional leadership to ensure consistent quality performance regulatory compliance and measurable business impact in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute organization-wide quality strategy and improvement initiatives

Establish quality metrics KPIs and reporting frameworks

Lead root cause analysis and corrective action planning

Partner with operations product compliance and leadership teams

Design and implement quality assurance and control processes

Monitor regulatory and compliance requirements related to quality standards

Conduct audits assessments and performance evaluations

Provide executive-level reporting and strategic recommendations

Drive process optimization and operational efficiency improvements

Foster a culture of continuous improvement and accountability
Required Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Quality Management Engineering or related field
-
58 years of experience in quality management process improvement or operational strategy
-
Strong understanding of quality methodologies (Lean Six Sigma ISO standards)

Proven experience developing and tracking performance metrics
-
Excellent analytical problem-solving and organizational skills
-
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
-
Experience working cross-functionally with senior leadership
-
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications

Masters degree (MBA or related field)

Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification
-
Experience in regulated industries (healthcare finance manufacturing technology)

Familiarity with risk management frameworks
