Summary
The Accounting coordinator assures proper control of all inventory and related administrative functions.
Responsibilities
- Stock in cars both new and used make jackets and file accordingly
- Process transport invoices including check writing.
- Organize and maintain various dealer records and documents.
- Process all Buying Center unit (PB). Complete AU and AC information.
- Create a JV to enter data into general ledger.
- Pull documents for accounting staff as needed.
- Maintain relevant accounting schedules.
- Cross-train on other desk and serve as back up.
- Other tasks as assigned
- Create jackets for all inventory
- File inventory jackets
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Automotive experience a must
- Highly organized and with eagerness to progress
- Willingness to take initiative
- Computer literacy quality writing and grammar skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks easily
- Ability to provide quality customer service
- Work with all levels of employee
- Clean driving record and valid drivers license
