- Greet service customers in a pleasant and professional manner
- Collect payments by cash check or charge
- Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers
- Answer phones direct and screen calls accurately
- Refer customer complaints to the appropriate person for quick response
- Performing follow up calls on service and sales customers
- Maintain customer waiting area
- Working closely with all dealer managers to improve customer service
Qualifications
Eagerness to improve
Strong physical dexterity for working with tools
Collaborates well with others in a team setting
Strong communication skills
Punctual and reliable
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Basic computer skills
Positive friendly attitude along with a customer service mentality
Enjoy working in a fast paced environment
Willingness to learn new technology
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
