Job Summary
Home Health Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Full-Time Lebanon PA
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide in-home care to patients in Lebanon PA and surrounding areas. This full-time role offers a supportive environment mentorship opportunities flexible scheduling and room for professional growth.
Position Overview
The PTA will work closely with the physical therapy team to implement and support individualized care plans helping patients improve mobility strength and overall quality of life in the comfort of their homes.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with the care team to implement and deliver patient care plans
Provide in-home therapy support to patients across Lebanon PA and nearby communities
Maintain accurate and timely documentation to meet charting deadlines
Effectively manage daily schedule and patient visits independently
Qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program
Active PTA license in the state of Pennsylvania
Previous experience in home health or outpatient settings preferred
Strong communication organization and time-management skills
Schedule & Work Environment
Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
No on-call requirements or weekend shifts
Supportive team environment with mentorship and growth opportunities
Travel Requirements
Local travel required; approximately 20% of the day spent driving to patient homes
