Job summary:
This role delivers frontline technical support through maintenance basic repairs and product installations under close to general supervision using growing diagnostic skills to resolve routine issues assist senior engineers and ensure highquality service at customer sites in line with established procedures regulations and organizational standards.
Your role:
Working collaboratively with the widerorganizationto provide exceptional service to our customers. Services include corrective & preventative maintenance commissioning & installation of equipment and software & hardware upgrades.
Actively participating in the sales process and providing expert technical support throughout the entire life cycle of our customer relationships (from pre-sales through to implementation and post-sales support).
Taking a lead in managing and supporting technical escalations through to resolution ensuring all stakeholders are continually updated on progress according to the company process.
Providing best-in-class service to our customers with technical support maintenance and repairs on equipment by determining the most cost-effective repair/solution to minimize customer downtime.
The role will normally be locatedin GreaterJakarta but will have opportunities to support West Area Central Area East Area across Indonesia as needed by the business.
Be able to work reasonable additional hours outside business hours at such times as are necessary toefficiently and effectively carry out the job roleas defined by Philips from time to time due to the criticality of the equipment this will include on call support based on knowledge of customer implementation and workflow analysis.
Youre the right fit if:
Bachelors degree in biomedical engineering electrical engineering electronics engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 3 -5 to years experience in supporting medical devices specifically CT MRI and DXR (Diagnostic X-Ray) with good execution capabilities and strong desire for success.
Outstanding customer service skills able to identify customer needs quickly accommodate the customers social style and meet the customers practical needs.
Ability to work independently and be a good communicator as well as fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong IT Electronic Mechanical and Electrical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
