Job Summary

Due to Government Contract all viable candidates must be US Citizens and have an active Secret Security clearance

We are seeking an experiencedOracle Financial Functional Consultantwith activeSecret Clearanceand hands-onG-Invoicingexperience to support federal financial system implementations and operations. This role will focus on configuring integrating and optimizing Oracle Financials solutions to ensure compliance with interagency billing requirements and federal financial standards.

Responsibilities:

Lead functional design configuration and implementation of Oracle Financials within federal systems.
Configure and support G-Invoicing integrations with U.S. Department of the Treasury systems.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional system solutions.
Support interagency agreement (IAA) billing accounts receivable/payable and reimbursement processes.
Collaborate with technical teams to support system interfaces data conversions and custom reports.
Perform functional testing UAT support and validation of financial transactions.
Provide production support troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Develop functional documentation training materials and standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with federal financial regulations audit standards and internal controls.
Serve as a functional advisor to government stakeholders and project leadership.

Requirements:

Due to Government Contract all viable candidates must be US Citizens and have an active Secret Security clearance
Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting Information Systems Business or related field (or equivalent experience).
5 years related work experience
G-Invoicing experience

$145000 - $170000 a year
