As the Financial Controller you will oversee all financial operations ensuring compliance with regulations and maintaining accurate financial records. Your expertise will directly contribute to strategic planning and financial decision-making helping us achieve our business goals in the dynamic restaurant industry.

We offer a competitive salary range of $105000 - $115000 annually along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional development within our growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all financial operations and reporting
• Prepare monthly quarterly and annual financial statements
• Ensure compliance with local state and federal regulations
• Conduct financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decisions
• Manage budgeting and financial planning processes
• Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits
• Implement and maintain effective internal controls
• Monitor cash flow and optimize financial performance
• Provide leadership and guidance to the finance team
• Collaborate with management to improve financial processes

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
• 5 years of experience in financial management preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations
• Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience in multi-unit restaurant hospitality or retail environments
• Advanced proficiency in Restaurant365 (required)
• Deep understanding of P&L management cost controls and operational finance
