RESPONSIBILITIES

We are currently seeking a Senior Consultant to support and drive the growth of our Capital Markets practice. This is an exciting opportunity to be a leader in a growing team of securities services practitioners where you will be initiating and implementing business architecture frameworks and solution design for top-tier Financial Services clients.

This project is a Business Analyst within aCredit & Lending function. You will support project and delivery teams in ensuring the smooth execution of daily project operations

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner closely with business stakeholders to understand credit and lending requirements and translate them into clear functional specifications and solution designs.
Develop and maintainbusiness architecture artefacts including process maps capability models operating models and endtoend credit workflows.
Identify opportunities to improve and streamlinecredit origination servicing and lifecycle processes recommending practical and achievable solutions.
Performgap analysis between currentstate lending capabilities and future regulatory operational or business requirements.
Lead workshops and working sessions with frontoffice credit risk operations and technology teams to align on requirements design decisions and scope.
Produce detailed documentation covering credit processes system interactions controls and endtoend workflows to support implementation and delivery.

SKILLS AND EXPERTISE

Strong Business Analysis or Consulting experience particularly in requirements gathering process mapping and functional design.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders across credit and lending operations risk product and technology functions.
Exposure to Target Operating Model (TOM) initiatives is preferred but not mandatory.
Solid experience documenting credit and loan processes workflow dependencies and system integrations.
Strong analytical capability to identify process gaps and drive process optimisation or futurestate design.
Good understanding of credit and lending products such as corporate loans bilateral or syndicated lending loan servicing or trade finance.
Comfortable working independently in ambiguous environments while supporting largescale transformation programmes.
