The Guest Experience Ambassador is the energy behind the fun at the Inn. This role is all about creating memorable moments sparking joy and making sure guests of all ages are having an incredible time. Youll float around the property as a friendly face activity leader and unofficial director of good vibes helping bring the resort experience to life.

Responsibilities

  • Circulate throughout the property to engage with guests and create a welcoming upbeat atmosphere
  • Oversee and host poolside and outdoor recreation activities with a focus on fun and safety
  • Set up and manage guest experiences like the smores station and other seasonal activities
  • Encourage guest participation in games and events
  • Serve as a go-to person for guest questions and casual assistance
  • Keep activity areas clean organized and inviting
  • Work with the team to dream up new ways to surprise and delight guests

Skills Required

  • We are looking for a naturally outgoing and high-energy professional who thrives in an outdoor hospitality setting. The ideal candidate combines a safety-first mindsetparticularly around waterwith a creative proactive approach to guest engagement.

Experience / Education

  • Prior customer service experience is preferred; high school diploma and/or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.

Physical Demands

  • This is a physically demanding job that requires extended periods of walking and standing with some bending and lifting. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable eligible employees to perform the essential functions.
