We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience this role you will assist clients respond to inquiries and provide support throughout the booking or service process. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours and ongoing training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide professional customer service via phone email and online platforms
  • Assist clients with inquiries bookings and general support
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions
  • Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience
  • Stay current with training and company updates
  • Work independently while collaborating with team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Basic computer and online navigation skills
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
