About the Role
We are seeking reliable and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Experience this role you will assist clients respond to inquiries and provide support throughout the booking or service process. This is a remote opportunity offering flexible hours and ongoing training.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer service via phone email and online platforms
- Assist clients with inquiries bookings and general support
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Follow up with clients to ensure a positive experience
- Stay current with training and company updates
- Work independently while collaborating with team members as needed
Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic computer and online navigation skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
