Basic Function: | KENT STATE UNIVERSITYS COLLEGE OF APPLIED AND TECHNICAL STUDIES IS SEEKING TWO FULL-TIME 9-MONTH NON-TENURE TRACK FACULTY MEMBERS TO TEACH UNDERGRADUATE COURSES WITHIN THE ASSOCIATE OF APPLIED BUSINESS DEGREE PROGRAM IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY. THE APPOINTED FACULTY MEMBER MAY BE BASED AT ANY OF KENT STATES REGIONAL CAMPUSES. |

Minimum Qualifications: | MASTERS DEGREE FROM A REGIONALLY ACCREDITED INSTITUTION IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION MANAGEMENT OR A BUSINESS-RELATED DISCIPLINE. PRIOR TEACHING EXPERIENCE AT THE HIGHER EDUCATION LEVEL EXPERIENCE IN CURRICULUM DEVELOPMENT AND ASSESSMENT. |
Preferred Qualifications if applicable: | PH.D. IN BUSINESS MANAGEMENT OR A RELATED BUSINESS FIELD. STRONG PREFERENCE FOR CANDIDATES WITH EXPERIENCE TEACHING ONLINE OR DISTANCE LEARNING COURSES. DESIRE TO TEACH COURSES IN PRISON EDUCATION PROGRAM. |

Working Conditions / Physical Requirements: | Light work-Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently to move objects.
