- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection processes (sourcing screening interviews onboarding).
- Maintain and update employee records personnel files and HR databases.
- Coordinate employee onboarding induction and exit processes.
- Support performance management appraisals and employee engagement initiatives.
- Administer payroll inputs leave management and attendance records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies labor laws and HR best practices.
- Handle employee queries grievances and disciplinary processes professionally.
- Support training and development programs and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR reports and documentation as required by management.
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant HR experience (FMCG experience is an added advantage).
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Professional HR certification is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
