Team Overview
Our Research & Development (R&D) team is the technical talent at the heart of our product suite overseeing the product development lifecycle from concept to delivery. From engineering to quality assurance to data science the R&D team ensures our customers seamlessly use our products and can depend on their consistency.
Responsibilities
Description
The Software Engineering team is a group of full stack developers who design develop and maintain our products tools and infrastructure.
Your day-to-day job will consist of:
Designing developing and maintaining full-stack web applications using modern frameworks and technologies
Writing clean well-tested and maintainable code across frontend backend and APIs
Integrating third-party services and APIs including AI-powered or data-driven capabilities into existing systems
Participating in code reviews providing constructive feedback and upholding engineering best practices
Troubleshooting debugging and resolving production issues to ensure system reliability and performance
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant and related work experience.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of current web client technologies including ability to demonstrate proficiency with HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery client MVC
- This position is subject to company on call policies which constitutes working hours outside of the normal workday as needed.
- Additional experience may be substitute for an advanced Degree.
- Proficient in Ruby or Rails and other object-oriented language
- Proficient in MySQL and PostgreSQL
- Strong ability to handle a heavy workload with multiple projects and frequent interruptions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong ability to work in a changing dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technologies or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of current web client technologies including ability to demonstrate proficiency with HTML CSS JavaScript jQuery client MVC
- Knowledge of AI/ML concepts and modern AI tools including hands-on experience with integrating AI capabilities (such as LLMs APIs or intelligent automation) into web applications and a solid understanding of data handling model interaction and prompt-based workflows.
