Person County Schools seeks a Principal forPerson High School. Position is available July 1 2026. Position is full-time and includes employment benefits; 12-month employment term plus 25.0% local supplement. Applicants for the position must hold or be eligible to hold NC licensure in area 0012 (School Administrator/Principal) and must demonstrate:

Successful teaching administrative and leadership experience
Dedication to supporting and improving positive student achievement
Superior instructional leadership qualities
Ability to lead the development of Professional Learning Communities
Excellent interpersonal skills with a variety of stakeholders
Strong organizational managerial and problem-solving skills
Sound knowledge of school business practices and operations
