Reporting to the Director of Transformation this role is a leader in both strategic identification and execution of key transformation initiatives in the global Kimberly-Clark organization. This individual is expected to independently partner with business teams in cross-functional projects across a range of situations including identifying and supporting the development of enterprise priorities facilitating cross-functional collaboration and supporting in-process global transformation efforts through analytical problem solving strategic direction and integrated change management / ways of working.

In this role you will:

  • Work closely with Segment / Regional and Global Functional leaders to shape and align on the priorities that are critical to deliver on Kimberly Clarks strategic and transformation ambition. This includes:

    • Own thought leadership for business problem definition project scoping analytical approach and work-planning

    • Direct and directly execute data analysis for delivery of strategic projects including financial modeling and insight analysis on large complex data sets

    • Act as a conduit for connection across the Kimberly Clark matrix ensuring cross-functional projects have input and direction from key stakeholders

    • Interpret results from multiple project components and translate these finding into clear and compelling recommendations and solutions.

    • Conduct interviews lead brainstorming sessions find critical business information and help business leaders develop innovative approaches to their business.

    • Add personal insight galvanize discussion and debate across the organization on key opportunities / projects generating ideas and creative frameworks and use a combination of facts judgment and personal impact to build credibility and influence outcomes.

  • Take ownership for Program Design Implementation and Change Management on select projects critical to our strategy.

  • Written and Verbal Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills including strong PowerPoint / deck-writing skills; capable of catering a message appropriately for a given audience

  • Structured Problem Solving: Brings structure to ambiguous problems and possesses the ability to frame key questions and develop a workplan to answer them.

  • Analytical and Quantitative: Strong analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to independently generate strategic insights.

  • Executive Presence: Viewed as promotable to a line operating role or another key position in corporate functions (e.g. Finance Global Marketing).

  • Business Judgment: Possesses insight and understanding in dealing with risks and opportunities in business that is likely to lead to favorable outcomes.

  • Initiative and Motivation: Highly motivated self-starter who is performance driven.

  • Project Management: Ability to scope projects manage teams deliver results against set expectations timelines and budgets etc.

  • Consumer (CPG and Retail) Industry Knowledge: Knowledge of key players dynamics and trends key industry analyses and metrics etc.

  • Engaging and Collaborative: Enjoys working in a team environment.

  • Influence and Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage and influence senior-level stakeholders.

  • Change Management: Capable of understanding organizational dynamics individual incentives and barriers to change to implement new ways of working in line with business priorities

  • Knowledge and Enthusiasm for K-C: Knowledge of the K-C organization brands metrics etc.; enthusiastic about the potential strategic options facing Kimberly-Clark.

  • Agile and Versatile: Demonstrated track record of success working in a fast-paced setting.

  • Scope of Experience: Experience working in the context of a large complex global organization where working across functions and teams and leading through influence are keys to success

To succeed in this role you will need the following qualifications:

  • MBA from top-tier business school highly preferred

  • 7 years of business experience in strategy consulting related business analysis functional line experience within strategy marketing finance operations or sales analytics with a history of demonstrated business success.

  • 3 years of consulting experience with one of the blue-chip strategy consulting firms (Bain BCG McKinsey etc.) or comparable strategy consulting firm / function.

  • Additional industry experience in a consumer-oriented (CPG retail) company in strategy development finance marketing or other role with strategic content highly preferred.

At Kimberly-Clark pay is just one aspect of our total rewards package which also includes a variety of benefits and opportunities to achieve thrive and grow. Along with base pay this position offers eligibility for a target bonus and a comprehensive benefits suite including our 401(k) and Profit Sharing plan. The anticipated base pay range for this role is provided above for a fully qualified hire. Actual pay will depend on several factors such as location role skills performance and experience. Please note that the stated pay range applies to US locations only.
