Your Role
As a Presales Solution Architect you willleverageyour technical and productexpertiseto analyze client requirements and architect tailored solutions that align with their businessobjectives. Working closely with Sales and key stakeholders you will ensure our solutions are compelling commercially sound and technically robust.
Key Responsibilities
Providepresales solution architecture servicesfor an assigned client base
Collaborate with Sales teams to design and position competitive solutions aligned with client needs
Prepare and contribute to high-qualitytechnical documentation including proposals RFP responses and solution architecture diagrams
Provide technical input into bids projects and sales-related documentation
Support the development ofcost models resource estimates and solution development plans
Demonstrate products and solutions to clients both remotely and onsite
Adviseon architectural design decisions implementation considerations and solution features
Support strategic planning and business case development for client engagements
Conduct implementation reviews and ensuretimelyresolution of technical or procedural challenges
Maintain strong industry and competitor knowledge to support the sales organization
Ensure adherence to internal processes architectural standards and end-to-end service models
You will be successful in this role if you have:
Bachelors degree (BA/BS) and68 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Proven experience in solution architecture within a presales or client-facing environment
Strong ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
Experience contributing to proposals RFP responses and technical sales documentation
Solid understanding of cost modeling and business case development
Excellent communication presentation and stakeholder management skills
A collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally across sales and technical teams
