Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and communicative Technical Presales Specialist to support the growth of IBMs Data & AI software solutions within Hungary. You will act as the technical expert for partners and customers translating business needs into welldesigned technical solutions and supporting the adoption of IBM technologies across the partner ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the goto technical expert for IBM Data & AI software within the Hungarian partner landscape.
- Support partners in designing solutions creating Bills of Materials and outlining technical architectures.
- Deliver technical presentations demos workshops and enablement sessions to partners and customers.
- Join partner and customer meetings to provide technical guidance and support during the presales cycle.
- Identify customer pain points and translate these into Data & AI use cases and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).
- Build strong technical relationships with IBMs local and regional teams to stay aligned on updates licensing and programs.
- Communicate IBM promotions product changes and technical information to partners and internal TD SYNNEX teams.
- Respond quickly to technical questions and manage relevant resolver tasks.
- Support the Business Solution Centre (BSC) in driving partner engagement and technical activation.
- Continuously expand your knowledge of IBM technologies and competitive platforms such as Microsoft Azure AWS Google Cloud and OpenAI.
What Were Looking For
- 35 years of experience in software cloud data or technical presales roles.
- Familiarity with Data & AI concepts and awareness of competitive ecosystems (Azure AWS Google Cloud OpenAI/Copilot).
- Strong presentation and communication skills comfortable engaging both technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to understand partner and customer needs and translate them into meaningful technical solutions.
- Native/Fluent Hungarian with strong English communication skills.
- Proactive structured and organised mindset with the ability to manage multiple requests.
- Experience in vendor distributor partner or integrator environments is a plus.
