Were seeking someone to join our FSS Regulatory Control team as a Regulatory Capital Controller.

In the Finance division we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management review analysis and advisory services of the Firms financial and capital resources. This is an Associate level position within the RECRUITER to add standard JA Job Family Description based on Job Profile.

What youll do in the role:
-Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
-Responsible for and lead aspects of individual and team deliverables and projects leveraging in-depth knowledge of Finance functional area product and/or client segments
-Adhere to the Firms risk and regulatory standards policies and controls; proactively identify ways to reduce risk in work
-Act as a culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firms values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
-Act as key SME in the SCCL process and will take an active role in implementing updates stemming from regulatory FRB exam results
-Lead a comprehensive re engineering plan of the CFTC Capital Estimate process which is currently highly manual and error prone with the aim of strengthening control and efficiency.
-Learn and serve as a back-up to the Daily Capital Estimate for FHC a high profile consolidation report for FHC RWA
-Cover a broader range of consolidated reports beyond SCCL - processes are run in the afternoon window requiring advanced planning coordination and effective multitasking to ensure timely and accurate delivery

-Act as direct manager of our intern overseeing administrative tasks and providing day to day guidance and support - Manage attract develop and retain talent for team within Finance while creating an inclusive environment; translate Firmwide goals into actionable goals for department/function What youll bring to the role:
-In-depth knowledge of Finance functional area product and/or client segment and technical skills as well as of industry and competitive environment
-Ability to operate independently with respect to most job responsibilities
-Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and innovate processes >Deep knowledge of financial products & general understanding of regulatory requirements (European & US rule sets)
-Proficient user of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
-Collaborative / Team player mindset - ability to work effectively with colleagues to meet a common goal

-At least 4 years relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role
