Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of banking professionals providing coaching guidance and support to help them achieve their goals
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and development in the region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers colleagues and stakeholders
- Manage risk and compliance ensuring that all business activities are conducted in accordance with regulatory requirements and OCBCs policies and procedures
- Analyze business performance data identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive growth and efficiency

- A degree in a relevant field such as business or finance
- At least 5 years of experience in banking or a related field with a proven track record of leadership and management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers colleagues and stakeholders
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve their best
