Ansell is looking for a Specialist Global Category Management to join our team in Cyberjaya!

In this position you will support and manage GCM projects across the Scientific product portfolio. Reporting to the Manager the Specialist works closely with crossfunctional teams and manufacturing sites to support product management activities including marketing claims technical collateral product development and product improvement initiatives.

What your role will be

You will be:

Product Development & Improvement Projects

• Support the GCM team by gathering and consolidating feedback from factories and crossfunctional partners.
• Update and maintain project trackers dashboards and related applications.
• Coordinate product testing with inhouse and external laboratories.
• Support global product launches including technical documentation ERP setup and internal/external communication.
• Lead Voice of Customer (VOC) coordination across regions and consolidate feedback for assigned projects.

Product & Technical Support

• Respond to basic inquiries from GCM RCM cross-functional teams or commercial teams (with manager consultation when needed).
• Coordinate sample requests and evaluations between factories and regional/global teams.
• Maintain the Packaging & Artwork Master List for each factory.
• Ensure data accuracy across systems such as AWC PIM PDH validation packs packaging repositories test reports and Smartsheet trackers.
• Support change management documentation and ensure updates are reflected in systems and marketing materials.
• Conduct structured competitive comparisons and perform data analysis.

Stakeholder Communication Support

• Summarize final product changes for regional communication purposes.
• Draft project updates meeting notes summaries and stakeholder communications independently (with managerial review as required).

What will you bring to Ansell

• Bachelors Degree Science Marketing or equivalent
• Experience in Product Management ideally within the glove PPE or related manufacturing industries.
