1. 财政目标 (Financials)
- 按照年度销售计划完成私行客户管理资产额资产年度新增额利润等业绩指标
- 配合BoS或集团内所有业务渠道的客户经理共同做好客户的营销跟踪投资管理等工作提升客户的满意度
- 维护并巩固现有私行客户关系深度挖掘客户业务潜能
- 积极开拓有效的渠道开发客户资源提升整体绩效
- 保持对市场的洞察力及时掌握财富市场的变化了解客户理财需求变化及时向产品团队反馈积极应对市场及客户需求变化
2. 非财政目标 (Non-financials)
- 了解客户财务需求能够通过资产组合配置理念向其提供适合的理财产品或投资机会
- 积极参与财富管理相关市场活动和其他客户营销活动
- 积极参与银行内部项目筹划和会议并给于建设性的反馈
3. 衡量服务质量 (Quality of Work)
- 确保所有销售文件的差错率为零
- 与客户建立并维持良好长期关系不断地发掘机会来提升管理的客户资产规模和银行利润
- 提供优质的客户服务实现投诉率为零为客户提供有效及时的投后服务
- 积极参加银行组织的各项内外部培训并按要求通过考核
4. 运营风险管理 (Risk Management)
- 所有业务单据/销售材料应符合销售程序和合规的要求
- 熟知银行的合规要求及规则并严格按照银行业务操作步骤指引及流程开展业务
- 根据客户的风险承受程度差异为客户提供相应的理财产品服务
- 遵守所有的信息安全标准和方针 确保客户信息的完整和保密
- 了解并遵守银行的道德规范行为准则及所有相关流程并确保顺利通过审计
- 能够及时掌握最新的法规和流程规定能够根据客户的风险级别为客户提供相应的理财产品建议
- 本科及以上学历
- 银行证券信托等金融机构财富部门 5年以上客户经理或投顾经验
- 鼓励通过CFA 第一级别考试具备CFACIIACFP资格者优先
- 具备强烈积极性及主动服务意识和态度
- 5年以上相关工作经验
- 具备良好的中文及英文口语和写作能力
- 具备良好的计算机办公室软件运用技巧
