Job Summary
Role Overview
This is a senior leadership role with endtoend accountability for global supply planning execution and governance across the full product lifecycle (NPI rampup mass production sustaining EOL).
Accountable for translating GO Leadership Team strategy into executable global supply planning actions and delivering committed outcomes.
Key Accountabilities
Proven leadership of global supply planning / S&OP / IBP with direct accountability for supply commitments
Handson ownership of capacity planning and supplier orchestration across Tier1 networks
Ability to make and stand by enterpriselevel decisions under ambiguity and pressure
Track record of leading large crossregional teams and senior stakeholder alignment
Experience driving process standardization and digital / system transformation (not incremental improvement)
What This Role Requires
Proven experience leading global supply planning / S&OP / IBP at senior level
Strong decisionmaking and accountability under complexity and ambiguity
Deep understanding of capacity planning supplier ecosystems and lifecycle management
Ability to influence and align senior crossfunctional stakeholders
Track record in organizational leadership process transformation and digital enablement
Demonstrated passion for continuous change and endtoend supply chain improvement.
Experience & Background
15 years of progressive experience in global supply chain / supply planning leadership
Solid exposure to complex multitier supplier networks
Strong business acumen linking supply planning to revenue service and cash
Understanding of AI and AI agent applications is considered a strong plus.
