Hospital / Cluster: Cluster Finance Division New Territories West Cluster (NTWC)
Pay: HK$17286 to HK$26908 (HGPS Pt 2 to Pt 9) per month including Monthly Allowance
Up to 15% of total basic salary (after deducting the contribution of Mandatory Provident Fund by Hospital Authority) as end-of-contract gratuity may be offered to contract staff upon completion of the contract subject to satisfactory performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform Shroff counter duties and other clerical duties under supervision. The typical duties include:
daily counter duties on revenue collection.
to follow up outstanding debts with patients.
to perform waiver and write-off processing.
in handling patient refund.
revenue back-office clerical duties.
enquiries liaise and communicate with staff and public.
any other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Entry Requirements :
1. (a) Passes in 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Examination including English Language (Syllabus B) Chinese Language and Mathematics or equivalent.
OR
(b) 5 subjects in the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education attaining the level specified below:
-Level 2 in English Language Chinese Language and Mathematics; and
-Level 2 in New Senior Secondary subjects/ Attained in Applied Learning subjects/ Grade E in Other Language subjects;
or equivalent.
2. Ability to perform typing word processing and/or Chinese word processing.
Preferable Attributes / Exposure :
experience in hospital Shroff cash handling and customer services.
& applications of HA revenue-related systems such as PBRC OPAS FCS SFMS etc.
in common office automation and PC applications (e.g. Excel Access PowerPoint and Word).
mature personality able to work independently and under pressure.
-motivate strong analytical mind good organizing and interpersonal skills.
in spoken and written English and Chinese.
