Scheduled Weekly Hours:

Be the first point of care that truly makes a difference. Join us as a Lead Patient Service Specialist and help shape an exceptional patient experience from the moment they walk through the door.

Whats Available:

1.0 FTE (40 hours/week)
Schedule:MondayFriday 10hour day shifts; rotating hours between 6:00 AM5:00 PM with one weekday off
Weekend Rotation:Twice every 9 weeks 12:00 PM5:00 PM
Holidays:Rotating
Location:Onsite in La Crosse WIand Onalaska WI

What you will do:

Provide LOVE MEDICINE to our patients through providing the best first/last impressions with top level customer service.
Partner with a team of providers medical professionals and managers who are here to support your success and that of our patients in their health journeys.

What you need:

High School Diploma or equivalency
2 yearsin a Patient Services Specialist position or related work experience
