Job Description:
Job Duties
1. Design and implement long-term strategic goals and short-term tactical plans for managing and maintaining the Judicial Departments systems and software.
2. Responsible for planning architecture/design and implementation of hardware and software installations configurations and decommissions.
3. Responsible for monitoring and maintenance of relevant systems and associated hardware/software and provides support and troubleshooting for those systems when required.
4. Responsible for maintaining and monitoring the secure configuration and operations of all in-place devices to include security tools workstations mobile devices servers and network devices.
5. Assists the Information Security Officer in the design and execution of system vulnerability assessments system penetration tests and system security audit.
6. Performs other duties of a similar nature or level.
Functional Specific Responsibilities Might Include:
Manages enterprise IT systems and cloud infrastructure which includes maintenance testing system backups restoring the system after a failure configuring and maintaining on-prem and cloud systems creating and maintaining system scripts installing system software understanding connections to other computer systems and answering questions and providing assistance as needed.
Designs installs monitors and maintains system security which includes implementing security practices configuring equipment diagnosing and resolving connectivity issues and ensuring system security standards are enforced.
Establishes implements and maintains system security strategy and requirements.
Develops and implements strategies for server management including monitoring performance preventative maintenance problem avoidance and troubleshooting.

Requirements / Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
and 7 years of related experience
or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
All educational credits must be granted from an accredited institution approved by the U.S. Dept. of Education.

Starting Salary: $75746.52 per year

Physical Requirements
Sedentary Work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift carry push pull or otherwise move objects.
