职位职责
1. 质量管理体系运行与维护
- 按照体系要求开展日常文件管理流程更新与记录维护
- 监控关键质量指标识别偏差并推动改进行动
2. 内外部审核管理
- 支持内部审核及外部审核客户/认证机构提供专业技术支持
- 跟踪并验证审核整改项的闭环及有效性
3. 质量流程与标准执行
- 确保质量流程严格执行并符合公司标准及体系要求
- 协助推动跨部门质量流程的一致性与协同
4. 持续改进
- 识别流程改进机会参与根因分析与改善活动如5Why鱼骨图等
- 支持质量提升体系优化等专项改善项目
5. 完成主管指派的其他工作
职位要求
- 本科及以上学历质量工程或相关专业优先
- 具备 QMS制造质量或审核相关经验者优先
- 严谨细致能够基于规范进行数据与文件的准确性核查确保输出质量
- 良好协作能力能够与生产工艺供应链及其他职能部门有效沟通协调
- 分析与判断能力能够基于数据进行基础分析识别关键问题
- 适应能力强能够适应体系更新业务变化及审核要求
- 问题解决能力能够运用基本质量工具进行问题识别原因分析与方案评估
- 基础项目管理能力理解项目阶段任务推进与关键节点管理
- 质量体系知识熟悉体系流程接口管理指标分析与文控要求
- 熟悉 Power BIPower Apps 等工具者优先
- 具备良好的英文沟通能力者优先
